Our Directors
Emily Henning
My name is Emily Henning, and I am the Site Director at our Webster campus. I joined First Learning's team with over 20 years of teaching and administrative experience in the field of Early Childhood Education. In 2002, I earned my BS in Secondary Education from SUNY Oswego. I began my career by co-teaching UPK, then led my own Preschool and School-Age classrooms and finally transitioned into directing. I love this role as it allows me to develop and foster relationships with every family we serve.
I live in Palmyra with my husband and our three children. We are Disney enthusiasts-planning as many trips to see the mouse as we possibly can!
