About Us
Our Story
In August 1991, Carol and Bob Moore opened the first Care-a-lot Child Care center in Greece, which quickly garnered enthusiastic community support for its exceptional early childhood education and care. Over the past 20 years, their strong reputation led them to assume operations of other area child care programs. Today, Care-a-lot proudly serves families in eight locations across Rochester: North Greece, South Greece, Henrietta, Farmington, Pittsford, Victor, Browncroft, and Fairport.
In 2017, Care-a-lot Child Care was acquired by David Kolczynski, who remains dedicated to upholding the high standards of care at each site.
Now, in 2023, we welcome Generations to the Care-a-lot family. We are excited to embark on this new chapter, continuing our commitment to excellence in serving children and families in the Rochester community. With the addition of Generations, our organization now boasts 13 centers in the area, further expanding our impact and reach.

This collection starts at enrollment and is collected until they reach Pre-K. The family is presented with the final portfolio at Pre-K graduation. |
